Open Show holds social screenings worldwide where the public can be inspired, experience compelling visual stories and interact directly with their creators. 

• Social Storytelling: Our desire to tell and hear stories is primal and universal, in-person interaction between the public and creators is our main mission. Open Show is about conversations not just one-way presentations.
• Live Experiences: The story is just the start – project back stories and presenters' personalities create a powerful social event. We value face-to-face over Facebook.
• Global + Local Communities: Our goal is to actively create a community that is connected at the local and global levels. And a multi-generational community (from appreciators to students to hobbyists to veteran pros) where everyone learns.
• Genre Diversity: Our Co-Producers keep the atmosphere balanced between inspiring art, serious photojournalism and surprising topics or themes.
• Low Barrier: Participating is easy – it's free to submit and we constantly add resources to make it easier to organize a show yourself.
